This policy explains what Advisors Marketing & SEO ("we") collects through Business Near Me (businessnearme.info), why, and the choices you have.

1. Business Information We Publish

Listings show business information: name, address or service area, phone, website, hours, license details, photos and answers. It comes from public records (such as the Nevada State Contractors Board), from public sources about the business, and from owners who claim or add a listing. This is information about businesses, not personal profiles. If a sole proprietor's listing shows something you want removed, contact us or use the removal link on the listing.

2. Information We Collect from You

• Account: your email address, and your name if you add it.
• Claims: the email used to verify a claim and, for manual review, the document you upload. Documents are stored privately, seen only by our review team, and deleted 90 days after we decide on the claim.
• Consent records: what you agreed to, when, the wording version and your IP address.
• Reviews: your rating and text, shown with your first name and last initial. We never show your email.
• Quote requests: the name, email, phone and message you send, which go to the business you contacted.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, used for security, rate limiting, fraud prevention and counting profile views and clicks for business owners.

3. How We Use It

• To run the directory, verify claims, prevent abuse and keep accounts secure.
• To send sign-in links, claim and review confirmations, quote request alerts and receipts.
• To show business owners how their listing is performing.
• If you claim or add a business listing, to email you about marketing services for your business from Business Near Me and our partner Advisors Marketing. You agree to these emails when you accept our Terms of Service, and you can unsubscribe anytime from any of them.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Who We Share It With

• Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage, security checks (Turnstile) and email delivery.
• Stripe: payments and billing.
• GoHighLevel: our customer relationship system, for business owner accounts (Advisors Marketing account).
• Advisors Marketing: our marketing partner. It receives business owners' name, email, business name, phone, website and city to send emails about marketing services.
• Google Analytics: site usage statistics, if you accept analytics.
• The business you contact: when you send a quote request.
• Authorities: when the law requires it, or to protect people's safety or our rights.

5. How Long We Keep It

Account and listing information stays while your account is active. Claim documents are deleted 90 days after a decision. Consent and audit records are kept as long as needed to show what was agreed. Ask us to delete your account and we'll delete or anonymize your personal information, except what we must keep by law.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• Access, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@businessnearme.info.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any of them. Account and security emails still go out while you have an account.
• Nevada residents can ask us not to sell covered information; we don't sell it, but you can still send a request to the email above. Residents of other states may have additional rights, and we'll honor requests the law gives you.

7. Cookies

We use a necessary cookie to keep you signed in, and Cloudflare sets security cookies to block bots. Analytics cookies load only after you interact with the site.

8. Children

The site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections, secure cookies, private storage for documents and access controls for staff. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we'll notify you as the law requires.
